    In this package you will find all your wedding planning needs. Each couple is so unique and no wedding package is exactly the same. I am here to fit your needs and wants specific to you and your style.

    With this package you will receive a free in person meeting to discuss vendors, budget, style, wants and needs for your perfect Wedding day.

    Included in this package is;

    • Wedding planning from Start to Finish

    • Day of Coordination- 12 hours of Coverage

    • Booking of Vendors and Venue.

    • Budget Management; deposits, final payments and staying within your allotted budget.

    • Binder with all your contracts and receipts.

    • Communication with all Vendors and Venue; setting up and attending all meetings and appointments. Managing payments to vendors and due dates.

    • Sending out Invitations

    • Seating Chart assistance

    • All decorations provided by Statt Events and everything listed in the Gold package.

    • Monthly Meetings in person or Zoom call (Your Preference)

    • Unlimited phone calls, texts and emails.

  • Partial Planning Package $3500

    Are you looking for a little more hands on guidance and a point person for YOU during the planning process?

    This package is for you!

    Included in this package is;

    -Assistance with Wedding planning from Start to Finish

    -Day of Coordination- 12 hours of Coverage

    -Guidance with booking of Vendors and Venue.

    -Budget Management; deposits, final payments and staying within your allotted budget.

    -Binder with all your contracts and receipts.

    -Contract Review- looking over contracts with booked Vendors to make sure the proper details are in place.

    -Guidance with Seating Chart

    -All decorations provided by Statt Events and everything listed in the Gold package.

    -Providing a timeline for the planning process of when to book vendors, venue , order dress and etc.

    -Unlimited phone calls, texts and emails.

  • Wedding Coordination Services (Starts at $1350)

    So you’ve picked out your flowers, your dress and shoes and found that perfect venue that fits all your needs. Now you can sit back and watch all your hard work and visions of your perfect day become a reality. Choose from any three of the packages below and check out the additional services we offer.     Bronze package ($1,350)

    Included in this package is;

    • Set up and Take down of your own Decor that you provide.

    • Management of Timeline, Bridal party, Vendors and Guests on the Day of the Wedding.

    • Two, one hour long in person meeting at my office. I will create a Wedding timeline for you and all your vendors as well as a Decor plan.

    • One in person Venue viewing (Visiting the venue to talk about the Setup and vision of the day. You can add on a mock setup for additional costs. See below)

    • Phone communication via text, email or calls within reason

    • A guided Rehearsal- One hour long walk through of the Ceremony. Additional time and/or setup of the venue can be added for a fee. (See below)

    • Light cleaning Duties- such as sweeping, vacuuming and garbage removal (to be thrown out only at venue)

    • 12 hour Coverage on the Wedding Day.

    • Welcome Wedding packet with A Preferred Vendors list.

    Silver package ($2100)

    Included in this package is;

    • All decorations provided by Statt Designs. For example; Centerpieces, Dessert table Decor and platters, Welcome table Decor, Head table and sweetheart table Decor and more. Decor is based on your design and vision, I will provide you with the decorations of your choice.

    • Table linen (Black, white or Ivory color). More colors can be provided at an additional cost of $10 per linen.

    • Table Runners (Color of your choice)

    • Setup and Take down of Decor and Venue.

    • Management of Timeline, Vendors, Bridal Party and Guests on the Day of the Wedding.

    • Two, one hour long in person meeting at my office. I will create a Wedding timeline for you and all your vendors as well as a Decor plan.

    • One in person Venue viewing (Visiting the venue to talk about the Setup and vision of the day. You can add on a mock setup for additional costs. See below)

    • Phone communication via text, email or calls within reason

    • Table linen (Black, white or Ivory color). More colors can be provided at an additional cost of $10 per linen.

    • Table Runners (Color of your choice)

    • Chair covers (Spandex or banquet style, White, black or Ivory colors)

    • Hightop/Bistro table spandex covers (Black, White, Ivory or Gold colors)

    • Chair Sashes (Color of your choice, Spandex or ribbon)

    • Plate Chargers (Gold or Silver)

    • Table Napkins (Color and style of your choice)

    • Access to 3 items of your choice off of Rentals page. Example; Wedding Arbor and lawn games.

    • Setup and Take down of Decor and Venue.

    • Management of Timeline, Vendors, Bridal Party and Guests on the Day of the Wedding.

    • Two, one hour long in person meeting at my office. I will create a Wedding timeline for you and all your vendors as well as a Decor plan.

  • Add On's;

    Month of Coordination;

    This add on is for limiting the amount of stress on you leading up to the wedding and I will handle the logistics of getting ready for the upcoming day. Scheduling times for hair and makeup for bridal party, checking in with vendors and keeping track of any remaining payments to be made. ($300)

    Table and Chair setup and breakdown;

    Staff provided by Statt designs to set up and move around all tables and chairs per table layout/seating chart provided by you. As well as removal of tables and chairs at the end of the night. ($150)

    Venue and office Mock Setup;

    Set up of tablescape and decor. Taking items out of inventory for your viewing. ($150)

    Overtime/ Extended hours;

    $150 per additional hour past the allotted timeframe included in package.

    Bar Service;

    One professional, highly trained Bartender for 6 hours of coverage. Must provide own Alcohol and all equipment needed to run the Bar. ($250) Additional time ($25 an hour).
